TECU® Classic

Classic Copper Panel

TECU® Classic is a bright red rolled copper that continuously evolves over time under the influence of weather and light. After installation on a building, TECU® Classic retains its typical vibrant red copper color for a certain period.

Gradually, the material begins to mattify, forming an oxide layer on the surface to protect it from the elements.

Over time, the surface transforms into a characteristic copper-green patina. This patina not only adds uniqueness to the facade but also provides long-lasting protection for decades to come.

TECU® Oxide

Brown Copper Panel

TECU® Oxid is copper that has already undergone its natural first transformation process, resulting in a brownish oxide layer on the surface. The transformation continues, as with regular copper, with nature shaping the surface under the influence of sun, rain, snow, and wind, creating an intriguing tone. However, the initial bright reddish phase of copper is skipped.

TECU® Oxid copper facade sheets and strips are pre-oxidized on both sides through a patented, gentle industrial process tailored to the material. The oxide layer is not artificial but is derived naturally from the copper itself. These panels are distinctive and unique, offering a durable and exceptional facade solution.

TECU® Patina

Patinated Copper Panel

When an architect’s vision demands the vibrant green tones and expressiveness of patinated copper, TECU® Patina delivers instantly, bypassing the natural transformation process caused by weathering.

TECU® Patina is a patented copper solution designed for immediate use, meeting the highest aesthetic standards. The factory process accelerates the natural patination, skipping both the initial bright reddish hue and the intermediate dull brownish phase.

TECU® Patina remains extremely versatile, embodying the natural elegance of copper. A durable, transparent protective layer ensures long-lasting performance. The processing is virtually dust-free, with no visible traces of treatment left on the material’s surface. Even after bending, the panel’s exterior retains its aesthetic appeal.

TECU® Brass

TECU® Brass

Brass Panel

Brass is one of the best-known copper alloys, composed of copper and zinc. The TECU® Brass surface undergoes a gradual transformation, starting with its initial golden shade. Over time, it transitions to a greenish-brown, then to a greyish-brown, and eventually to a dark brown or anthracite tone.

This evolving surface adds a dynamic and unique aesthetic to the facade, embodying the natural character of brass over its lifespan.

Bronze panel

Bronze is a copper alloy consisting of copper and tin. It has long been used to
create works of art, and today bronze is increasingly used to create exterior facades.
The original, warm, reddish-brown surface of TECU® Bronze develops uniquely
under weather conditions.

Bronze is initially reddish brown, which changes to a brownish gray or even anthracite tone upon oxidation.

The end result is similar to copper – pattina green.
But the patination process is much slower compared to pure copper.

TECU® Gold is an alloy of copper and aluminium.

After installation the facade panels begin to turn into matte brownish gold,
reminiscent of pure gold. TECU® Gold gives a unique expression for
the environment, where it is used.

TECU® Iron

Iron plate

Tecu Iron – is an intense, reddish-brown copper surface finish reminiscent of weather-treated steel.

The iron tone plate has excellent formability, good durability and
is easy to process.

The material is suitable for use on facades and roofs.
